We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson/pony walk/Pony Club without payment otherwise payment is required in full.
We are sympathetic to the fact that sometimes things can happen which you can't control but please understand that with less than 24 hours notice it is tricky for us to fill the space.
We also ask that you ensure that you rebook your lesson/pony walk/Pony Club for the following week before leaving so we know you're definitely coming - this is especially important for Pony Club as we are currently operating a waiting list for this activity.

In the event of severe weather conditions such as snow, the 24 hour notice period is still in place and there are no exeptions to this. It is your responsibility to manage your bookings and to cancel your lesson in time.
